George Bush Intercontinental/Houston Airport - IAH

The Houston area’s largest airport, George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), joined the Houston Airport System in June 1969. Bush Intercontinental is located approximately 23 miles north of downtown Houston, near the Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8 North)

When exiting the airport, follow the signs to the Hardy Toll Road. You will need toll fare for two toll booths. Take the Hardy Toll Road north which merges into I-45 (approximately 8 miles). From I-45 North, take exit 76B --Woodlands Parkway (large overpass exit which enters onto Woodlands Parkway traveling west). Continue on Woodlands Parkway (approximately one mile) and turn right onto Grogan’s Mill Road. The Parkwood One Building is on the northwest corner of the first intersection (Grogan’s Mill Road and Timberloch Place, traffic signal) once you enter Grogan’s Mill Road. The parking garage is located immediately adjacent to the building and can be accessed from Timberloch Place or Grogan’s Mill Road.

Houston/William P Hobby - HOU

Our city's second largest airport, Hobby Airport (HOU), has been serving the Houston community for more than 60 years. Hobby Airport is located approximately seven miles south of downtown Houston, near I-45/Gulf Freeway, the major highway heading from the City to NASA and Galveston Island.

When exiting the airport, follow signs for I-45 North. Take I-45 North (35 miles) to exit 76B -- Woodlands Parkway (large overpass exit which enters onto Woodlands Parkway traveling west). Continue on Woodlands Parkway (approximately one mile) and turn right onto Grogan’s Mill Road. The Parkwood One Building is on the northwest corner of the first intersection (Grogan’s Mill Road and Timberloch Place, traffic signal) once you enter Grogan’s Mill Road. The parking garage is located immediately adjacent to the building and can be accessed from Timberloch Place or Grogan’s Mill Road.

The Woodlands Country Club
The Woodlands Country Club offers first class amenities such as golf, tennis and swimming. Of the four golf courses, one is designed by Arnold Palmer and another by Gary Player. The tournament clubhouse has recently undergone a $5 million renovation.
